These terms cover your use of artisan-const.ca. They don't cover the work itself — that's governed by the written quote and contract you sign with us.

Nothing here is a quote

Everything on this site is general information about what we build. Prices, timelines, materials and availability described here are indications, not offers. A price is only binding when it's in a written quote signed by Artisan Construction Inc. We give quotes after we've seen the space.

Accuracy

We keep the site current, but we don't warrant that every detail is accurate, complete or up to date. Building codes, permit requirements and material pricing all change. Don't rely on this site for a decision you'd want professional advice on — call us and ask.

Photos and content

The photographs, text, drawings and layout on this site belong to Artisan Construction Inc. or are used with permission. Photos show work we've actually done; your project will have its own site conditions, materials and finish, and won't be identical. Don't copy or republish our content without asking.

Links to other sites

We link to our Google Business Profile, our Facebook page and occasionally to suppliers or manufacturers. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them.

Reviews and feedback

Reviews shown on this site are real reviews left by real customers. We ask every customer for one and we don't pay for reviews, write our own, or filter out the ones we don't like.

Liability

We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, Artisan Construction Inc. isn't liable for losses arising out of your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2023, the Ontario Building Code, or any other law that can't be contracted out of — and we're not trying to.

Governing law

Ontario law, and the laws of Canada that apply in Ontario, govern these terms. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did.
